Level 1: Fitness kickboxing
This course is an introduction to the Fight Fitness Kickboxing programming that will give beginner and veteran trainers guidance on not only how to perform the movements, but programming and progressions. 

The 8 hour course is mostly hands on practice of major kickboxing strikes, pad holding for clients and large group training formats.

After finishing the course participants will be able to run kickboxing sessions for their clients either 1-on-1 or in large groups.
